Alliance
A disruptive, fresh recruitment model that puts you in the driving seat. Your outsourced in-house recruitment team. We will look after all aspects of your recruitment, from process and strategy building all the way through the to hiring and candidate delivery. For customers that need to hire at scale, have ongoing recruitment needs that need managing or have a critical ‘hiring sprint’ project to deliver, we will partner as an alliance with you to ensure you get the best results possible.
Subscription Service – Our subscriptions are available on a pay monthly basis, just turn it on when you need us – and turn it off when you don’t. It really is that simple. A transparent monthly price to cover all your recruitment needs. no hidden fees, no secrecy, no hidden T&Cs.
Fixed Fee Service – Our Fixed Fee service is a very straightforward and cost effective way to hire talent. It enables you to retain complete control of your recruitment process without paying traditionally high recruitment fees. We will join as an Alliance with you and look at the important recruitment data. We then agree to a Fixed Fee that covers everything you need. Normally saving you around 50% in recruitment fees.
Consulting
We partner with the customer, building and deploying teams under Statement of Work (SOW) to help our partners deliver Agile projects in the most high demand, niche technology areas, both on time and on budget. We offer speed, focus and efficiency by engaging teams drawn from our wide ranging technology communities and networks – experts technically and culturally aligned to each and every project.
In a market where niche skills are in short supply, we have the reputation and international reach to deliver teams at speed.
A typical team structure includes a Consulting Alliance Partner (CAP), Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, Technical Architect and Tech Developers/SDET’s and teams range from 5 to 25, depending on the scale of the project.
